In our production facilities, processes are carefully selected to protect the natural structure of raw materials. From raw material to final product, all stages are meticulously planned — including supplier selection, raw material acceptance, sorting, washing, processing, filling, heat treatment, fermentation, sealing, labeling, and storage. Throughout each of these stages, the product’s natural structure, taste, and aroma are preserved. Thanks to this approach, products that maintain their natural integrity are delivered safely and confidently to tables.
